Delivery fees, service fees, and tips are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, order volume, and other factors beyond our control.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If no one is available, additional delivery attempts may incur fees.
In the event of a failed delivery due to your unavailability, the order may be left in a secure location at the driver's discretion, or returned to the kitchen.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 minutes of placing the order through the app or website.
After 2 minutes, orders enter preparation and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion, for eligible cases such as incorrect orders, missing items, or quality issues.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery through our support channels.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or related systems.
You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten our staff, delivery partners, or other users.
You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing orders or creating accounts.

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stack n Snacknack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (such as reviews), but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
